BBQ Ribs

This recipe is super easy! Start by putting your ribs into a large pot on the stove. Cover your ribs (1-2 full racks) with water until they are completely submerged. Add 1-2 yuenglings (or beers of your choice). Cook on Medium-High heat for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is pulling away from bones. Lastly you can finish the ribs on the grill to get some nice caramelization and char. Slather with your favorite BBQ sauce and enjoy! I use Sweet Baby Rays Original Recipe.
