Rosemary and Thyme Oven Corn on the Cob

Another super simple recipe. I create flavor pockets for each ear of corn using tinfoil. Lay a piece of tin foil on the counter and place one ear of corn in it. Rub the corn with butter, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Fold the tin foil up to make a packet and place directly on the oven rack for 20-25 minutes. You can make as many of these as you'd like. They are a perfect quick and easy side dish.
