Cheesy Panko Pesto Chicken

Ingredients
4 - Chicken breasts
1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons of basil pesto
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine panko, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, a drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper
Place chicken on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Brush 1 tablespoon of pesto onto top of each piece of chicken. Press crust into pesto to adhere. Roast in oven until chicken is no longer pink in center, about 20 minutes.
