Garlic White Wine Mushrooms

Ingredients:
1 pound small button mushrooms or baby bellas
3 tablespoons of EVOO
4 cloves garlic, chopped or crushed
1 medium onion, minced
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoons chopped parsley
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Directions:
Clean your mushrooms. Depending on the size of your mushrooms you can leave them whole, halve them or quarter them. I prefer to halve mine.
In a large skillet over medium heat add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and onions. Allow onions to cook down for about 3 minutes. Next add your garlic and your mushrooms. Allow to cook for about 5 minutes. At this point you will see the mushrooms start to caramelize.
To the skillet add 1 tbsp of EVOO, lemon juice, butter, and white wine. Cook for about 1 minute.
Top with parsley and season with salt and pepper.
